Velocrysta is a private watch atelier in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where every watch is treated with respect for its heritage, engineering and long-term value. We service premium mechanical, automatic and quartz watches with a careful approach to movement health, accuracy, case condition, crystal fit and water resistance.
About the atelier
We work with Swiss and luxury watches that require skilled professional attention: preventive maintenance, movement regulation, replacement of worn parts, sealing restoration, winding-system repair, chronograph and calendar module service, as well as case and bracelet refinishing.
Every stage is documented: initial inspection, visual condition check, quotation approval, movement service, performance testing and final handover. We work by appointment only, which allows us to give each watch the time, privacy and care it deserves.

We service mechanical, automatic and quartz calibres, including complications, chronographs and models with enhanced water resistance.
Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication renewal, wear inspection, reassembly and timing adjustment using professional equipment.
Removal of wear marks, satin finishing, polishing and restoration of sharp lines while preserving the character of the watch.
Installation of mineral or sapphire crystals, replacement of crowns and seals, and water-resistance testing after assembly.
Daily rate correction, bracelet sizing, battery replacement, pusher and clasp repair, and correction of winding-related issues.

How we work
We record the external condition and check running performance, winding, crystal, crown, bracelet and water resistance.
After diagnostics, we provide the recommended work, estimated turnaround time and price. Service begins only after your approval.
Disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, part replacement, refinishing, timing adjustment and restoration of movement function.
Final timing control, water-resistance testing, automatic winding check and handover with aftercare recommendations.
